The Daniel Plan will teach simple ways to incorporate healthy choices into your lifestyle and help you understand the kind of foods God created to keep you fit and strong. During the semester, we will focus on faith, food, fitness, focus and friends. When it comes to getting healthy, two are better than one. Research reveals that people who get healthy together lose twice as much weight as those who do it alone. Let's take the journey of health together!
